Mrs. Kari Gakstatter
Learning Consultant and Upper Grade English Teacher
Having grown up in this area of Michigan, Mrs. Kari Gakstatter received her education at Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University, from which her Bachelors Degree in Education was awarded in 1991. Further studies at Concordia University in Ann Arbor, Michigan, led to Mrs. Gakstatter’s certification as a Lutheran school teacher in 1997. Teaching years at nearby Trinity Lutheran School in Monitor Township and nearby Trinity-St. James Lutheran School in Munger preceded Mrs. Gakstatter's teaching service at Immanuel, begun in 2000. As our Learning Consultant, Mrs. Gakstatter provides consultation and direct teaching support to our teachers and to many of our students. Kari and Paul Gakstatter are the parents of sons, Kyle and Russell.
