Mr. Christopher Samsell
Grades 7 and 8 Homeroom Teacher, and Teacher of various subjects in Grades 6 through 8

Mr. Chris Samsell spent his growing up years at a number of locations in Michigan, where both of his parents have served as Christian educators - professional church workers. Mr. Samsell and his wife, Christine, are graduates of Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin, where both earned teaching degrees. Following seven years of service as a respected teacher/coach/athletic director at Child of Christ Lutheran School in Hartland, Michigan, Mr. Samsell took on all of the same roles here at Immanuel in the fall of 2002. In addition to Eighth Grade teaching responsibilities in various academic areas, Mr. Samsell specializes in science and social studies instruction here at Immanuel in Grades 6 through 8. Mr. and Mrs. Samsell are the parents of sons, Brenden, born in 2000, and Joshua, born in 2002.
