Grants in Aid


It is never our intention to exclude any children from membership in the Immanuel Lutheran School student body resulting from the inability of their parents to meet financial requirements of tuition, member assessments, or other school fees.

Consequently, we are grateful to generous persons who have given gifts to an Immanuel Lutheran School Scholarship Fund.  Because such a fund exists, we are able to award financial need-based grants in aid to parents of students and prospective students of our school (Grades K through 8).  Various sized grants in aid are awarded, as various applicants have differing needs.

Families make application for grants in aid through completion of a form provided by the school office.  A Financial Aid Committee makes the final decisions on amounts of aid to be granted.

Immanuel Lutheran Church extends an invitation to your family to join us during the Lent season for our Mid-Week Lenten Dinners followed by Lent services which take place on Ash Wednesday, February 22 and run through Wednesday, March 28. Dinners are served from 5-6:30 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room with Lent services at 6:30 pm. 
Immanuel Worship Services - Saturday evenings 5:00 pm and Sunday Mornings at 8:00 am and 10:30 am.   Lent Services begin on Ash Wednesday, February 22 through March 28 at 6:30 pm

Youth "Baked With Love" Bake Sale this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, February 18 & 19 after all three service.  Stop by for homemade baked items located in church lobby area.
Christian Education classes offered each Sunday at 9:15 am.  Please see the newsletter for more details or call the church office- 893-4088.  Sunday morning Fellowship & Coffee Hour 9:00 - 10:30  Adult Bible Study: "Couples of the Old Testament".
*Kingdom Kids Sunday School - Sunday mornings 9:00 - 10:15 am, featuring Children's Church followed by  thorough and comprehensive classroom instruction.  All children in grades Preschool through grade 6 are welcome!  
*Youth Bible Study grades 7-12 begin at 9:00 am.  Present study:  The Shepherd and His sheep.
Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible study:  Tuesdays 9:00 - 10:00 am, Multi-Purpose Room, class will resume on Tuesday, January 3 with a study of Proverbs. 
Wednesday evening Ladies Bible Study: II Kings - God's People, Israel. Class to begin on January 4 at 6:30 pm.  Class will  meet in the Parish Center "Youth Room".
Youth Group "ROCK SOLID" meets the 3rd Sunday of each month 3 - 5:30 pm for SNAG (S.unday N.ight A.ctivities & G.ames) and devotions.
